Now that I'm 21 and living away from home, whenever I smell this it takes me back to going on our weekend trips and importantly reminds me of my mother and also of my times in Paris. Thankfully I will continue to wear Rive Gauche very happily. It has a lovely iris/oakmoss/rose thing going on, and I guess it must be the aldehydes that make it so different for me.
